学情分析：
四年级的学生经过将近一年半的英语学习，大部分学生会做一些简单的指令，具备了一定的听说读写技能，有较好的模仿能力，在老师的引导下，能运用所学基本句型进行语言操练，在课堂教学中能积极参与，互动交流，在小组长的帮助下能够做到小组互助学习，要想让学生灵活自如地运用重点句型进行语言交流，还需要进行大量的操练，教师可以预设一定的生活场景，对学生加以训练。
教学重点、难点：
重点：全体学生能听懂：There is a girl in this photo. She’s riding a horse. I can’t see her face.
难点：全体学生能认读：there is 、horse 、there are
教学准备：
教师准备单词卡片：horse 、there is 、there are 、have a look 、sheep 、climb 、vegetable、 face
教学过程：
（一）热身运动
1、Sing a chant.
2、教师拿出一个盒子，说：“There is a box.Let’s have a look.What’s in the box?”学习词组“have a look”。
打开盒子，拿出玩具：“There is a toy in the box.”
拿出钢笔: “There is a pen in the box.”
拿出铅笔: “There are two pencils in the box.”
拿出卡片 “There are two cards in the box.”
学习“There is(are)”,拿出马的图片学习单词“horse” 板书“There is a horse in this photo.”
3、listen to the tape.(part 1)
(二)教授新单词
1、出示“sheep”，学生跟读，并出示句子“There is a sheep.”然后教师板书“There is a sheep in this photo.”
2、出示“蔬菜”以及单词“vegetable”教师说：“I like vegetables,do you like them?”学生回答后，跟读学习。
3、“vegetable”和“sheep”连在一起，“It’s eating vegetables.”
4、出示“face”，学生跟读，教师摸自己的脸，说：“This is my face.”接着摸学生的脸“This is your face.”
5、PPT出示爬树图片学习“climb”
（三）学习课文
1、Listen to the tape.
2、Listen and read lesson.
3、幻灯片出示：
