Step 1: Warming up
Greeting;
Sing an English song: London bridge is falling down
guess riddle.
Step 2:Revision
The key words: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday;
Let students read the words together.
Step3: New lesson
Show students the teaching goals;
Introduce the key points to students, make them know how to use it to make sentences;
(1). “On”Monday;
(2). I’ll “do”something.
?the students to recognize these sentences and the knowledge points in the text;
Step 4: practice.
Hand out one paper each 2 students in which has ten pictures about time and activities;
Then play games: a student do the activity then another one guess what he/she will do;
Show students the right answer, then read it together.
Show the dialogue: What will you do on …?
I‘ll ….
Then students use the pictures on paper to practice the dialogue, choose a pair of students to show us their answers.
Step5: Summary and homework.
