第一关:
1.Chant : Welcome to China! Welcome to Beijing! Did you come by train?
Did you come by plane?
2.图片展示交通工具,引出句子Did you travel by...?根据问给出相应的答语:Yes,I did. No,I didn’t.师给出示范,让学生两人一组进行练习,再抽生汇报。这个环节达到了呈上启下的作用,呈接了Chant部分的句子,也引出本文的重点句型,及相应的答语。
第二关:
1.T: This is Xiaoyong . He had a nice holiday last year .let’s see it :Where did he go ? What did he do?
出示长城图片,引出单词the Great Wall,教读单词,并抽生开火车读,引出句子Did you visit the Great Wall last year? 教读,引出相应答语No, I didn’t. I went to Hangzhou.学生试读。分组朗读,抽同桌读。以同样的方式教授西湖及看望朋友的短语及句子。

第三关:
