Step 1: Warming-up
1.? Greetings.
2.? Review the new words of Module 8.
3.? 复习动词词组: (课件显示)
T: Look at the screen. Who can read it?
师点名读,其它学生跟读.
get up listen to music play basketball
go to school go to bed watch TV
play football do homework do exercises
Now say and do.
4.? 复习时间(整点和半点)的表达:
T: Do you like watching TV? Ss: Yes, I do.
T: I like watching TV. And I like this too. (屏幕出示时钟)
Look! What’s this? Oh, it’s a clock.
What time is it? Ss: Three o’clock.
Step 2: Presentation
1. 师问一名学生:I get up at half past six. What time do you get up?
Ss: I get up at . 师继续问一名学生同样问题.
师再问一名学生: What time do you go to school?
Ss: I go to school at .
师重复What time do you ?,板书.
师将两个动词词组(get up、go to school)放到句型中带读,全班齐读,大小声操练。
Now make sentences. 师作动作(go to bed、listen to music、watch TV、 play basketball、play football),引导学生用What time do you ?造句。
2.师出示时钟7:00,问:Look here! What time is it? Ss: Seven o’clock.
T: What time do you get up?
引导生回答(全班齐读): I get up at seven o’clock.
师重复一遍I get up at seven o’clock.,板书:I at .教读.
师出示时钟7:30,问:What time do you go to school? Ss: I go to school at half past seven.
