S1: I can see a beautiful girl.
S2: I can see a pagoda.
T:Yes! 教师讲授新词pagoda. 并指向黑板上贴的宝塔. This is a pagoda.
And the name of the picture book is The Girl in the Pagoda.教师出示课题,学生齐读。
【设计意图】:将课本中的故事制作成一本绘本,让学生观察绘本的封面,导入本节课的课题。
