3.Chant

T:Very good.Now let’s begin today’s class.Let’s say a chant together.(出示幻灯片)Clap your hands.(教师和学生一块说)

4Lead-in

T:Wow .You are so good.Oh,listen.(电话铃声响)My phone is ringing.Who is calling me?Let’s listen.(播放电话录音并与录音对话)

T:I am happy to hear that.Oh,(电话铃声再次响起)Who is calling again?Let’s see together.

5.Present

(1)T:Open your books,turn to page 41,part 2.Read the dialogue silently and quickly.快速的默读课文。Then answer the question.(出示幻灯片)

(2)T:Ok,Now let’s answer the question.Who wants to have a try?(找学生回答问题)

Ss:He will be home at seven o’clock.

T:Very good.并在黑板上板书此句子。Look he is coming.Listen,(播放Mr Smart 的录音)I’ll be home at seven o’clock.Today let’s learn a new lesson.(板书标题,领读2遍)

T: Now listen and read.(播放课文录音,学生跟读)。Very good.Now look.Questions.Who can answer?(找学生回答问题,当回答第四个问题时,在答案中教授quarter to的发音及意思。并找若干学生练习发音)。

Now let’s read the answers together.(问题消失,学生齐读答案)

6.Retell the dialogue.

T:look.there are four pictures.Please retell the dialogue according the four pictures.Let’s see the picture 1 together.It's six o'clock.Mr Smart will be home at seven o'clock.Now work in pairs.Talk about the three pictures with your deskmate.(同桌讨论剩余图片)

T:Ok,Now who wants to say picture2?(找同学分别复述剩余三个图片)Oh,you are so clever.Let’s read the sentences together.

7.Practice the pictures

Now let’s see more pictures.(出示第一张幻灯片,领着学生读)Now let’s read together.

Look,picture 2.Who can say it?(给学生思考时间找学生回答。)Look picture 3.Who wants have a try?(给学生思考时间找学生回答。)

8.Enjoy the chant
