(2)学生能用英语进行生活交际,利用这一句型描述生活中的物品。同时通过练习让学生体会合作的重要性。

3.情感目标

(1)在思维构图的学习形势下,通过活动、游戏学生能产生学习英语的兴趣;学生能敢于、乐于、善于开口讲英语,积极参与交流,树立学好英语的信心。

(2)在本课的设计中,比较充分地运用了新课程标准的教育教学理念,引导学生思维构图,采用了多媒体课件,考虑了新课标下的学生特点,强调了学生共同合作,参与学习过程。

二、教学重难点

1.教学重点是学生能听说读写单词词组:miss sometimes restaurant really dancing;能运用There’s a Chinatown in New York. There are lots of Chinese shops there. 进行交际。

2. 学生一边完成思维导图,一边用英语说句子。

三、教学过程

Ⅰ. Pre-reading

Step1. Greeting

T: Hello, boys and girls.

Ss: Hello, Bella.

T: I’m so pleased to stand here to see you. And today, we will learn something interesting all around the world. Do you want to join this class?

Ss: Yes.

T:First, let’s sing a song together, OK?

Ss: OK.

(师生齐唱歌曲)

【设计思路】以上两个活动可以营造英语的气氛,调动学生学习英语的积极性,拉近师生的距离;另外,歌曲和本节课息息相关,为 学生理解 本课打下良好的学习基础。

Ⅱ.While-reading

Step1. Teach new sentences.

1.T: OK, next, I will show you some pictures. Watch carefully. OK, these pictures are about Chinatown. Do you know what’s Chinatown? Who can read it? You, please. Now follow me to read.

2. T: Look at this map, we know “there are many Chinatowns in the world.

3. T: Next, look at this map. Do you know which country it is? Yes, America. OK. New York is here. And we know, there is a Chinatown in New York.

4. T:Next, let’s know more about Chinatown. OK? Watch a video, then you should answer my question.

5. T: Look at these pictures. Can you tell me more about Chinatown? You please. Yes, there are lots of Chinese shops and restaurants there.

6. T: Next, let’s go on. Please tell me more about Chinatown.

OK. Can you tell me more about Chinatown?

Yes, there’s Chinese dancing.
