Step1: Warming-up
T:Hello everyone, Today we are going to learn Module6 unit1 you’ve got a letter from New York.
1.free talk(意图:利用简单的口头交际提问学生是否拥有某物,代领学生对have got的使用)
T:Can you tell me have you got…?
S:yes, I have….
T:Please clap your hands and let’s chant.
2.chant.(Have you got…)(意图:复习之前所学Have got的一般疑问句提问和简单回答)
Step2: Leading-in
(意图:通过图片展示Sam拥有的各种类别的书,让学生使用has got和about进行描述,引出主人公Sam以及操练学生使用第三人称has got的使用,提前出示about的使用,为课本中的Activity 1做准备。)
T: This is our friend Sam and he has got some books, can you tell me what books has he got?
S: He has got some books about…
T:We know Sam has got lots of books and he wants to find John, let’s see what happened about Sam and John.
