学情分析

六年级的学生对英语学习上有了很大的积累,所以他们对于英语已经有了一定的自主学习能力,随着知识内容量增加,作为六年级的的学生来说,有一部分同学会产生畏难发愁心理,两级分化很明显。针对学生的不同情况,须采取不同的教学方法,让他们都能有所收获。

教学过程:

Step 1: Warm-up and lead-in

1. Greeting.

T: Hello, boys and girls!

Ss: Hello, Ms Yang.

T: How are you?

Ss: I’m fine, thank you. And how are you?

T: I’m fine too. Thank you!

2. T: Let’s sing a song I can speak English. (设计意图:让学生在轻松愉快的气氛中进入英语的学习。)

T: Today, let’s learn Review Module Unit 2. (板书课题)

3. Lead-in

T: Now,I’ll divided you into two groups, the boys are a group and the girls are a group. We’ll have a competition: Pick up the apples. Finally, which group can get more apples, it will be the winner. Are you ready?

Ss: Yes!

T: Firstly, let’s play a game: Quick Response.(课件出示) (设计意图:创设情境,让学生在轻松愉快的氛围中进入到英语的学习,增加学习兴趣。)If the boy gets the card, the boys say out the phrase, and if the girl gets the card, the girls say out the phrase. Are you clear?

Ss: Yes!

T: Ok, let’s start!

Step 2: Presentation

1. Ask Ss to finish the table and invite some individual students to show in the class.

T: Please look at the screen. There is a form,(课件出示) firstly, please read the sentences, and then use the words “always”, “often”, “sometimes” and “never” (板书这几个单词)to describe how often you do these activities. I’ll give you one minute, and then I’ll invite some individual students to talk in the class. (计时) Start!

(一分钟后) Time is up. Who want to talk in the class? (学生上黑板动手操作并说说自己的情况,上来展示的学生可以摘一个苹果贴到自己组的头像下面。)
