Warm up and lead –in
T: Hello boys and girls. Let’s sing a song together. (Sing the song---What’s the time? And do the actions. )
T: Look! What time is it? (学生回答时间)。I am going to have lunch at 11:30. What’s your plan? Do you want to know what is Simon going to do? (出示PPT) Let’s watch the video.(学生观看后回答问题)。

T: Today we will come to M2U1 When are we going to eat? (板书课题)Try to use “be going to ”. Then talk about your weekend plan.
Text learning
T: 课件出示图片:Look! Where are they? (学生猜答)。
a. (第一遍听音) What are they going to do? Look and answer. (学生观看后回答问题)。
b. (第二遍听音) Later, what will be happened? (teach later). Let’s watch it again. And answer the questions.
When are we going to eat?

What are the ducks doing? (teach duck--ducks)
就第二个问展开提问T: There is one hour to go to have their picnic. They are going to walk around the pond. (Teach pond),What are there on the pond? What are there in the sky? (通过学生回答授cloud)。 It’s raining now. They are in the dry place(teach dry ), Look at the ducks, they are eating our picnic.引出功能句)
老师总结:If you are going to have a picnic, weather is very important.
