Step1:Greetings & leading in:

T:Good morning,boys and girls!

Ss:Good morning,Ms Qu.

T:Let’s begin our class.Are you ready?

Ss:Yes.

T: Today we’ll talk about Module 6 Unit 1 It was Daming’s birthday yesterday. And another thing happened yesterday. Look!(出示ppt)What can you see in the picture?

S1:I can see 外星人.

S2:I can see a spaceship.(发贴画)

运用希沃5电子白板英文词典功能学习单词spaceship,指生读单词卡片spaceship.教师指图片中太空What’s this?引导学生说出space.教师指导学习单词space。

T:Let’s watch the video and answer the two questions.

(ppt)Questions:1.Where did the alien go?

2.What did he do?

Play the video.watch and follow it.

Answer the questions.

Step2:Presentation:

Boys and girls,yesterday was Daming’s birthday. (ppt)He got many presents from his family and friends. Simon’s mum bought him a present,too.

1.First,let’s enjoy the video,Watch carefully.

2.Second, Take out your books and turn to Page 32,read the first paragraph and answer the questions. Ask Ss to answer the questions. 板书句型:Simon’s mum bought him a book. It was a book about space travel.

T: Do you know space travel? (ppt)Do you like space travel?Do you want to have a space travel? Ss:Yes!

T:You’re interested in space travel.
