三、教学过程
Step1 Warming up
1. Greetings:Good afternoon. Nice to see you here. Last night I watched a TV show. I laughed and laughed. It’s very interesting. A Japanese went to Thailand. One day he was hungry. He went into a restaurant. What will happen? Do you want to know?
2. Watch a video

1. Show the words on PPT.
1) Ask Ss to read by themselves.

Step3 While-reading
1. Play the video and ask Ss to watch carefully.
2. Show two questions on PPT and ask Ss to choose answers:
1) They planned to play a _______ game. 2) They should wear _______ for the game.
T: Do you know baseball? Can you tell something about baseball? (Ss: ...)
T: Baseball game is very popular in the US. People in the US love baseball games so much. It is their national sport. Do you know our national sport? Yes, it’s ping-pong. Many children in the US go to play baseball in their free time. Look! To play a baseball game, they need baseballs, baseball bats, baseball gloves and baseball caps. So the next question, they should wear caps for the game.
3. Show a picture on PPT. Ask Ss to look carefully and say something about it.
