warming up:

Greetings :Hello! Boys and girls. How are you?

Before our class, I’ll divide you into 2 groups.You are group “a”, and you are group “u”(用手示意分组情况。)If you do a good job, I’ll give you a beautiful sticker. OK! Are you ready ? Let’s go!

2.Leading

(1)Present a tongue twister(PPT呈现) : “黑化肥发灰会挥发,灰化肥挥发会发黑.”Students read it together,then teacher reads it.(师生都犯错,引得哈哈大笑。)

T:You’re laughing.Because it’s so funny!We know:

(PPT呈现:)It’s easy to make mistakes with Chinese words.

T:Pay attention to this word: mistake.It means“something wrong.”

(用单词卡片教学生运用自然拼读来学习mistake,学生齐读,学生分组读,抽两三个学生读,及时表扬。b.Show me your fingers, let’s write it together.学生拼读字母,老师写在四线三格里 )

T:It’s easy to make mistakes with Chinese words.(重读Chinese words.)How about English words? Let’s have a look.

(2)Present some pictures:cat, kite, sheep,ship.Students read them and then find the punchline.(笑)

引出:It’s easy to make mistakes with English words.(学生填空。)T:Let’s read it together.

T:Everyone makes mistakes. Now let’s share the mistakes with your classmates.(指定3个学生说head-hand/kite-cat/parent-present)

T:All of us made some mistakes.Now, please look at this picture.One of them makes a mistake with English words, too. Who made a mistake? What mistake ?We don’t know.Do you want to know the story? OK!Let’s have a look.

3.New lesson:

Let’s watch and answer:

a. Where are they?

A. In the library B. In the classroom

b. What are they doing?

A. They are crying. B. They are laughing.

T:Have you got the answers? The first one, who can try?(抽一个a组的学生回答,表扬并贴纸贴贴儿。The second one ,who can try?(抽一个u组的回答,表扬并贴纸贴贴儿。)

(2) PPT 图片:T: They are laughing. Why ? Let’s Listen part 2 and resolve the mystery. Look at these 3 questions.(读到plan的时候简单说plan以及planned。读到baseball的时候重点教读:自然拼读法教齐读,分组读,然后拿出实物球,告知学生这就是baseball.下去让 四五个学生摸到球读Touch and read .Let’s write baseball together, show me your fingers.老师写)

a. What did they plan to do? (T:plan, it means going to do)

A. They planned to play football.

B. They planned to play baseball.

b. What did Amy ask Lingling to bring?

A. Some cups. B. Some caps.(拿出cup的单词卡片,强调u发音,看嘴型,自然拼读齐读,分组读,抽人读。拿出实物解释。学生拼,老师写。)
