【教学过程】
Step 1. Warm-up. (把全班分成6组,利用互动课堂为小组评分。)
Sing a song. My favourite T-shirt. (利用慧话宝观看歌曲视频。)
Greetings and lead in.
T: I like flying kites. What does Toby like doing? Guess.
Ss: Pupils answer the questions.
T: Toby likes doing so many things. What does Toby want to do today?
Step 2. Presentation.
1. 1) Watch a video and find out “what does Toby want to do?”.
2) Check the answer. Toby wants to ride a bike.
Learn the new word, alarm clock.
T: Listen, what’s that?
S: It’s an alarm clock.
T: Where is it? Oh, it’s here.
Read it. (拿出闹钟实物进行教授。)
Teach the sentence: Turn off the alarm clock.
Listen to a sound of the alarm clock. Turn off the alarm clock.
Teach the antonym word, turn on.
Pass the alarm clock. Students hold it and say, alarm clock.
When the teacher says “Stop”, students should turn off the alarm clock and say the sentence.
