Step 1. Warm-up
1.Enjoy a song ( Play a song If you are happy and do the actions together)

Step 2. Pre-listening
1. Look at some pictures to talk about my birthday yesterday, lead in the past simple tense and learn new sentences: Did she/he…? Yes, he/she did. No, he/she didn’t
2. Play guessing games, practice the sentence patterns: Did you…? What did you/he/they do?
