Step 1: Warming- up
1.Greeting :
T: How are you ? What day is today?
2. Play a guessing game .
I have a good friend .It has got a round face . It has got three hands. It can say “tick, tock ,tick ,tock ”.
Let the pupils guess “ Who is it? ”
T: Yes ,it’s a clock .
3 .T shows the watch/clock, let the pupils say the time .
4.The pupils read the time together.
Step2: Presentation
1 .Let the pupils guess “ What is it? ” 引出TV.
2. T:Do you like watching TV? Ss:Yes.
T: What’s your favourite programme? (板书)
S: My favourite programme is ..... (板书)
T: Why? S: Because they are interesting/great/funny……
T:Can you guess : What's my favourite programme? S: .......
4.根据学生的回答引出频率副词always、often、sometimes、never
(板书)
5.T: My favourite programme is news programmes.
(播放新闻联播视频,让学生猜播出的时间)The news programme begins at seven.
引出begins
6.(PPT)出示卡通短片和时钟The teacher asks the question
“ When does the cartoon begin?”板书
“ It begins at four. ” 板书 .
7.(类似的方法出示其他节目和时间)
The teacher asks, the pupils answer./ S1 asks, S2 answers.
T: When does the ...... begin/end?
S: The .......begins/ends at …….
Step3: Practice
