学情分析:
六年级孩子已经有较大的阅读量,大部分孩子也是喜欢阅读的,对中外名著多少有些了解。本单元主题I love reading 非常切合他们的胃口,孩子们会有话想说。另外,他们也比较喜欢轻松快乐的歌曲教学方式,容易引发活跃动感。
教学内容分析:
本节课内容为六年级下册Unit 5 第一部分,是一首英文 歌。 歌。教材里,配备了Toby the Tiger 开心阅读的画面,设置了 置了一句读书格言。歌曲内容浅显易懂,大都是孩子们熟知的 句型,有一个句子It is true that I’m a bookworm.理解起来有点难度。 以及格言 A house without books is like a room without windows. 这样的比喻句是很有意思的。
在歌曲教学中,要引导孩子注意歌词的押韵和旋律的节奏感。
教学媒体与资源的选择与应用:
1.采用多媒体课件教学(PPT)
2.用到了外研通点读笔工具。
3.利用了网络资源,中央一台《朗读者》节目片头视频。
教学实施过程:
Step 1. Warming up.
Watch a video about reading books. Then talk about favourite books. Such as The old Man and the Sea.
Step 2. Lead in.
1.We all love reading. And reading books is very important for us. So there are some famous saying about it. Then learn the saying: A house without books is like a room without windows.
2. Look at the picture of Toby.
What does he love doing? He loves reading. And he sang a song about reading books.Listen to the song, then answer: Who is Toby’s best friend?
Step 3. Learn to sing the song.
Ⅰ.Listen and understand the song.
Teach the new word: bookworm. It means someone who loves reading very much. Toby is a bookworm. He loves reading. When he opens a book, he reads and reads until a story ends. Then read the song together.
Ⅱ.Learn to sing the first time.
Ⅲ.Learn to sing the second time.
Then circle the key words to the question. What is in the books?
Show the pictures about animals , islands , castles and people.
Ⅳ.Learn to sing the third time.
Find out the rhymes,for example, friends and ends. (small, all, tall)
Pay attention to the rhymes and rhythm. Clap hands when they sing.
