Greeting&Classroom routine
Greeting:T:Nice to meet you! S: Nice to meet you too!
T:My name is Kitty. Now I say Hello, you say Kitty.OK?
Classroom routine:Good job!Now Let’s play a game. I say 1,2,3. You say3.2.1.and sit straight.
设计意图:借助hello,kitty互相熟悉,借助游戏练习基本课堂常规。
二、Presentation of “Listen and say”
1.Presentation of Picture A.
(1)Read,interpret and guess.
T: (随机选学生)What’s your name?(出图) What’s her name? Who is she? Who is he?.
(2)Watch the video of Picture A and check:
She is Amy. He is Amy’s Dad.
(3) Learn new word: bus, school bus.
T:What’s this? Is this a bus? No. It’s a school bus( Show pictures of school bus with pupils.).
(4) Read the picture and guess :What are they talking about? Watch the cartoon of picture A again. And check the answer. They are talking about: How do you go to school ?
(5) Talk and answer the question: What does Baobao say? How do you go to school every day,Amy? Do you go to school on the school bus ? Then have Ss read together and role-play.
(6)PPT show:How about you? Guide Ss read the sentence. And have Baobao fill in the blank: I go to school by bus.Read and role-play.
(7)Ask Ss: How do you go to school? Talk in pairs. And then role-play the dialogue of picture A in pairs.
2.Presentation of Picture B.
(1)T:Does father go to school? No, he goes to work.学习词汇work.及短语go to work(show pictures of go to work).
