Step 1 Review
Show the map on the screen. Let students look at the map and match the countries in the map and then play the tape and let students check their answers.
Play the tape and let students check the correct answers in 3.

Step 2 Presentation
Let students read 1a and pay attention to some questions on the screen. Do 1a. Talk about the question and share your ideas with the whole class. Read 1a and try to find the answers to the questions.
Step3 Consolidation
Play the tape again and let students listen to the tape and match the pictures with the children. Choose one student to check the answers in 1b&1c.
Step4 Practice
