Pre-class:Enjoy a song 《Who is wearing yellow today?》

(通过歌曲营造英语学习氛围,并为后面教学作铺垫)

Step1. Warming up

1.Greetings

Do you like the song?

Who is wearing yellow/red today?

T:Red and yellow are colours, Today we are going to talk about colours”

2.T:You are wearing nice clothes. They have different colours..Now can you say sth about your clothes?

c. What colour is my…?

(利用学生已有的知识进行对句型的复习,引出今天的话题colours,为本课课文内容的学习作铺垫。)

Step 2 Pre-reading

1.T:I like colours,I can play the magic with colours.Do you want to have a look?

Words: red,yellow ,orange(red +yellow),blue,green(red and blue)

Sentences:

a: What colour is it?

b: What colour is it now?

2T:What’s trick? Have a try!(让学生亲自见证颜色的变化)

3.T: Miss Shi has a magic wheel about colours,do you want to play?

Play games: Magic wheel(转盘转动时,边说口令: what colour is it now?等转盘停止时,指针指向什么颜色,就把那个颜色大声说出来。)

(用变魔术激发学生学习兴趣,围绕本课主题magic show,教学单词blue、orange、green,并且穿插句型的学习,自然把本课的难句what colour is it?what colour is it now?提前渗透,在游戏中巧妙地进行目标语言的学习和操练。)
