3 Rainbow song

T: Boys and girls, let’s enjoy the colours, and now let’s enjoy a song of colours. And you should try to remember the colours of the rainbow.

设计意图:在热身环节,通过一首欢快活泼的The rainbow song,吸引了学生的注意力,并借助歌曲复习已学过的颜色类单词,从而引出本课的主题——colours。

Step2:Presentation

1 T: Look here, Who is she? She is going to have a magic show for us. Do you want to see? Let’s welcome!

2 Watching time

T: OK, let’s watch the show and see what’s Yang Ling’s magic show about?

3 Colour time.

T: The colours of Yang Ling’s skirts have changed three times. Now, let’s listen to the tape and colour Yang Ling’s skirts in orders. Take out your working sheet and colour pens. Are you ready? Begin!

(1)T: For the first time, what colour is the skirt? Who can tell me?

S: It’s orange.
