教学难点:

1.日常用语：What’s this/that? 的语序

2.词汇：happy, new, year, doll,ball,robot等词的读音

课前准备：

教师准备：泰微课视频，礼品袋（内含本课所学玩具），人物和物品图片，导学单。

学生准备：反复观看本课泰微课视频；熟读Story time内容。

教学过程：

Step 1: Warm up

1.T: Class begins. Good ..., boys and girls.

2.T: Today is ...New Year is coming. Do you like New Year?

Now, let’s listen to a song. （听,猜歌名）

What’s the name of the song? （答出的学生给贴纸奖励）

S: ....

T:...Let’s try to sing it together.

(学生试着跟卡通唱歌谣。)

(设计意图：用学生熟悉的歌曲导入，引起学生的兴趣,以贴纸奖励，激发学生兴趣。)

3.T: What do we do in New Year?

S: ....

T: We can do many interesting things in New Year. And, we can get a lot of presents, too. Today Miss Lu also get some New Year presents. Look, what’s this? （出示自己的礼品袋，让学生回答拿出的物品。）

S: It’s a .... （板书学生提到的单词。）

（设计意图：由孩子比较熟悉的新年引出过年的一些习俗，运用在Unit7的Cartoon time中学生已经接触过What’s this?的句型，练习用It’s来回答，操练巩固已学知识，同时也为新知的学习做准备。）

4.T: 观看泰微课视频《What’s this?》

If you want to know what it is in my bag, you can

ask “What’s this?”

板书“What’s this? It’s a/an....”

（设计意图：利用泰微课视频来让学生深入理解What’s this?

这个句子的构成以及用法，既加深了学生的印象，又节省了老师讲解的时间，一举两得，避免出现老师干巴巴讲解的情况。）

5. T: Do you like these presents? Yes or no?（可以适当用中文解释。）

T: Do you like New Year?

T: So you can say “Happy New Year” to your family and friends, and they will be very happy.
