Warming Up 1. Look at the pictures which show the differences between Chinese and the people from other countries.

2. Chant together and chant group by group. 1.利用不同的图片内容引导学生利用目标语言造句。同时,操练更能让学生朗朗上口。

2.利用一首小诗导入本课时,巩固了之前已学的重点句型,也增加了课堂的趣味性。

Step Two

Lead-in

1. Let’s have a discussion about the reasons why we have so many differences.

2. Ask students to have supposes.

3. We set tea as an example and have a conversation about it. 1.与学生讨论茶作为例子,从茶的生产到加工进行对话练习,了解学生眼中的茶文化。

2.为学生设计相关问题,让学生大胆进行头脑风暴。在形成一定的思维模式后,利用这个思维顺序走进课文的阅读。

Step Three

While-reading

1. Read the first paragraph together.

Read it group by group.

Explain the meanings of the new words, such as host, guest and tradition.

2. Ask students to read the second paragraph one by one.

Ask the groups to act.

3.Ask students “How do you drink tea?”

Have a discussion about their answers.

Let’s talk about the behaviors when we drink tea. For example, “How do you receive a cup of tea?” “May I make a sound while drinking?” “What can we say if we want another cup of tea?”

4. Do you know that the tea is meaningful to us? It’s worth being valued. 1.练习“读”。培养语感与英式思维。更好的学会用评价性话语来表达对事物的看法。在第一段中有重要的“形容词最高级”语法。不能忽视。

2.单词形成性的板书设计实现本节课的学习目标。

3.通过每人读到大家演,让学生能理解这个故事发展的过程,有利于培养学生的逻辑思维能力与自我展示。

4.创设现实情境,引导学生“说”。

5.升华对传统文化的情感,从小就要做到对传统文化的保留珍惜并努力发扬。
