二、Teaching aims(教学目标)
1. Knowledge aims (知识目标)
（1）Learn the greetings :How are you ？I’m fine, thank you.
（2）Learn different culture about greeting.
2. Ability aims (能力目标)
(1) Be able to respond and greet each other by using “how are you”.
(2) Develop listening, reading and speaking abilities.
3. Moral aims (情感态度目标)
(1) Interest students in learning English and taking an active part in the activities.
(2) Encourage students to be confident to speak English.
(3) Help students to work with others.
三、Teaching procedures（教学过程）
Step 1: Greeting Club
1. Watch a video: good morning .
2. Learn good morning/afternoon/evening .And write them on the blackboard.
Step 2: Listening club
1. Listen to two conversations about “how are you”.
2. Let students think about the ways of greeting
(1) Good morning / afternoon/ evening .
(2) Hi./ Hello./ How do you do? / How are you? / Nice to meet you.
Step 3: Speaking garden
Pair-work: students can choose one picture to have a conversation.
Help a girl to solve her problem.
Open our eyes: different ways of greeting, eg: bow/ shake hands/ hug/ kiss
Conclude your ways of greeting and write down them.
