Show learning aims.
Present two questions: 1. Do you have a best friend?
2. What qualities(品质) does a good friend have?
Step 2 Presentation and practice
Present different pictures and show the important phrases of this lesson.
be talented in=be good at/ care about sb.
the same as/ make sb. do sth.
Then ask Ss to match the phrases with the Chinese meaning. Give them several minutes to recite. The whole class have a check together.

What kind of things are important in a friend .Rank the things below 1-7(1 is most important )
Then read the phrases together .
