1. Warming-up and revision(课堂热身和复习)

T: Let’s first read the sentences in Grammar Focus.
教学设计说明:通过Grammar Focus 来复习前面所学的重点句子。
2. Work on 4a, 4b
T: Let’s do more exercise about for and since.
(1) Rewrite the sentences using for or since.
To give Ss a worked example, do item 1 together as a class.
(2) Fill in the blanks with the correct forms of the verbs in brackets.
After Ss have finished filling in the blanks, invite a few Ss to read out each item with their answers. Have the rest of the class say if the answers are correct and explain why the answers are correct/incorrect.(老师特别强调for 和since 的用法区别,提示学生要用现在完成时来完成句子。还要注意终止性动词和延续性动词的变化。)
