[教材分析]

本堂课教学材料选自牛津教材7A Module3 Unit 10 A birthday party的第一课时。以准备一场生日派对为线索,从生日派对需要准备什么,转到如何邀请宾客,又引出如何用打电话的方式进行邀请并做出回应。重点在于让学生意识到邀请别人时,需要交代清楚原因、时间等有关信息,并学会有礼貌地利用打电话的方式邀请他人,以及如何有礼貌地接受和拒绝他人的邀请。

[设计思路]

Pre-task 阶段:

我通过一个关于Birthday party的视频来引入课题,通过 “Who is in the video?”和“What are they doing?”这几个问题,引发学生的兴趣,其实也为后面学习内容做了铺垫,以你想不想参加他们的party提问,教授look forward to的用法,并进行有效操练,接着由头脑风暴的形式引出生日聚会上的各种那个活动,活跃课堂气氛,调动学生思维积极性,也教授了部分新单词,再以一个简单的pair work的形式进行巩固。

While-task 阶段:

通过叙述引入课文的学习,我介绍我的朋友Ben的生日要到了,以我们该如何为他的生日聚会做准备为切入点,让学生说出需要准备的内容,包括食物、活动内容、场所和宾客,进而介绍邀请宾客的方法,之后运用情景教学教授学生如何打电话,并让学生进行了打电话的操练。

课文第一部分的学习,我先采用了听对话完成表格,培养学生在听的过程中捕捉关键信息的能力,同时也把邀请过程中需要的关键信息罗列了出来,包括原因、时间、活动内容、地点,接着让学生朗读课文后再进行问答,进一步检测学生对课文内容的理解情况,之后我又把课文第一部分的功能进行了分析,这一段内容其实就是通过打电话进行邀请,并接受邀请的过程,然后,我让学生做角色扮演,对课文第一部分的内容和功能进行巩固,最后,让学生学会在实际情况中应用,以准备圣诞晚会为情景,让学生做对话操练。
