Teaching material analysis:
The unit is about relationships, and it is the first period of the unit. The students have learnt about family members and the family tree, and they have learnt simple future tense , present perfect tense, and comparative degree of adjectives, so it is not difficult to understand the text. The students need to get reviewed on present perfect tense, which they haven’t learnt systematically.
