III. Teaching aims:
Knowledge Object:
Recognition of numbers. Key vocabulary and phrases: student, new, here, in, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, telephone, number.
Ability Object:
Listening: Students can understand others’ questions of asking numbers, and give corresponding answers.
Speaking: Students can ask and answer numbers.
Reading: Students can understand the similar dialogue of asking and answering numbers.
Writing: Students can write numbers.
Moral Object:
Remember meaningful numbers, enjoy wonderful life.
Teaching procedures:
Step 1 Lead-in: Warming up & brainstorm.
Enjoy a song: One, two, three, four, five
T: Do you like this music? What can you get from this song?
S: Numbers.
T: Today we’ll talk about numbers. In our daily life, numbers are here and there. Now, it’s time for brainstorm. Grade numbers, class numbers, do you know more about numbers? QQ numbers, license numbers, address numbers, door numbers and so on.
Step 2: Pre-listening. ( Number learning.)
1.Learn English number from one to ten.
T: Look at the pictures. How many animals are there?
S: One, three…
