While-task procedure:
I . Learn the new words : show … around, dormitory, clinic.
II .Learn the prepositions: next to,behind, in front of ,at the back, between, beside, on the right, on the left and so on..
III . Practice the prepositions.( Game 2)
IV .Listen to the tape and find out the positions of the things in Dick’s study. Fill in the spaces with the names of the right objects, and then describe his study to your partner.(Game 3)
Post-task activity:
Have a discussion and show the layout of Yingyuan Junior High School.(Game 4)
Assignment:
I . Oral work: Describe your own study.
II . Written work: An Introduction to Yingyuan Junior High School.
