Show some pictures of warm-up exercises and teach the new phrases. Learn some phrases of warm-up exercises. To broaden students’ vocabulary. 3. Ask the students to do match exercises. Use the learned words and phrases to :

这节课是第四单元第一课的第一课时，教学目标让学生掌握几种热身运动和“before doing sth.”在课堂设计时，我对教材进行了整合，将听力练习和口头练习提前到这节课中，并且按难度从小到大的顺序安排练习。通过这些练习，学生都基本能掌握热身运动和“before doing sth.”的用法，达到了本课的教学目标。
本次教学中还存在着一些不足之处：
部分单词发音不准确。这节课中有两个单词的发音我没有发准，一个是“exercise”，重音应该在“e”上；第二个是“washes dishes”，“sh”加“es”应该发/iz/，我没有发准确。
部分环节节奏太快。在Tuning-in这个环节，在引出warm-up exercises 之后，可以让学生口述一些热身运动，然后再进入下个环节。介绍完body parts之后，应该留一些时间给学生熟悉单词，但是我匆忙进入下一环节，这里没有留时间。另一个是在听力练习的环节，在让同学熟悉图片的时候，因为是排序练习，所以应该强调学生关注图片下方的序号。
