Explanation of the teaching plan:
The key content of this lesson is students are able to discuss, work out and present the volunteer project with the vocabulary about volunteering and the patterns about suggestions. With the task-based language teaching mode, I adopt Audio Video Method to give the students a vivid learning environment to achieve the message. First, I try to involve all the students in my class either by grouping them in games and discussion or by raising questions. Secondly, what I taught should be related to students’ life, interests and their needs. Some Youth League members in our class took part in a charity sale last month, so I connected it with our lesson. Thirdly, I use the group competition mode to motivate the activeness of the students. I plan games and more pair or group tasks for them to make them involve in. Meanwhile, I provide a guide to the creation of student-centered learning environments, and do the best to make students in various degrees all harvest some in class.
