Step 1 Warm up
1、Listen and imitate: Listen to the sound of the clock. (Tick-tock)
2、Listen and answer: Listen to the song ‘Tick-tock time’ and answer the question
Q: How to ask the time? S:What time is it?
Step 2 Lead in
1、Look and lean:
T shows the picture of the clock, learn: a clock (the same pronunciation of o’clock) , show the different meanings of them.
2、Ask and answer;(Look at the clock)
Q:---What time is it?A:---It’s … o’clock.
3、Work in pairs: (8:00, 9:00,6:00)
4、Guess and learn:
a、8:00,listen to the ring, It’s time for class.
b、9:00,look at the picture, It’s time for bed.
c、6:00,look at the picture, It’s time for dinner.
d、7:00,look at the picture, It’s time for breakfast.
5、work in pairs according to the pictures:
