Step1. Let’s say.

Daily Report: A student gives a report: Animals I like

Animals are our good friends. There are a lot of animals in the world, but I like dogs best.

Look at the dog. It’s brown. It’s cute. It has two big ears and a big mouth. Its tail is short. It can run and swim. It can dance, too. But it can’t sing. It likes to eat bones and meat. Do you like dogs?

I have three questions: What animal do I like best?

What can the dog do?

What does the dog like?

T: What do you think of Leo’s report?

Step2. Let’s review.

T: Boys and girls, there are many animals in the world.

How many animals can you say?

What animals do you like?

Let’s have a competition. (Divide the students into two groups. The group which can say more sentences is the winner.)

I don’t like… They are…

T: Wow, there are a lot of animals you know.

In Unit1, the students are talking about their toy animals. Let’s review:
