Step1: Pre-reading
1.Play a game.

设计意图：游戏既唤醒了学生以往的知识(日常活动及时间的表达)，又巧妙地引出重点句型”When do you get up?”，让学生迅速地进入英语学习情境，为随后的教学做了很好的铺垫。
Watch and answer
（1)T: Look! This is my day.
I get up at six o’clock.
I work in the office at eight o’clock.
At four thirty, I go home.
At seven fifteen, I have dinner with my family. (PPT播放一组图片)
（2）T: Do you remember when do I get up?
S: At six.
T: Yes. I get up at six in the morning.Here, in the morning =a.m.
So we also can say: I get up at six am.
（3）T: Then when do I go home?
S: At four thirty.
T:I go home at four thirty in the afternoon.Here,in the afternoon=p.m.
