Step2. Presentation and consolidation

1. Sound time.

1). Look at this picture. What time is it? 9:50

It’s nine fifty. It’s ten to ten.

2). The boy’s name is Ken. He is tired and sleepy, let’s say something to him.

Ken, it’s ten to ten. Go to bed before ten.

3). 让学生读单词,体会字母e的发音/ e /,并让学生例举出相同发音的单词,教师再呈现例词。

4). Watch and read.

5). Let’s say. 注意语音语调,以及节奏。

6). Read and check.

7). Ticking time: I know the sound of the letter “e”.

2. Song time.

1). Watch and answer: What can you see in the tree?

I can see a monkey in the tree.

5). Ticking time: I can sing the song "What can you see?"
