Class opening and review.
Teacher: Hello, boys and girls ! How are you today ?
Students: Hello,teacher ! We are fine !
Teacher: Do you like to go shopping ? What do you want to buy? What did we learn in the last class ? Can you tell me ?
Look at the screen.
Today, Danny and Jenny go to a store. What will they do ?
(设计意图:利用谈话形式和再现学生上次课已学的知识引起学生对学习目标的有意注意。)
New concepts.
(Look at the screen) Discuss the picture. Point out the new words. Go through the sentence in the picture with the students. Then read the sentence after me . Read the sentence one by one .
(Setting up a store.) Show the word cards of clothes, fruits, toys and shoes. Put them in different places. Read these words. Let the students help the real goods for their home. Now our classroom is a store.(设计意图:学生亲自动手创设商店这一情景,让学生依次认读各个店的名称,为情景教学的展开做铺垫。)
T: I am a clerk. Make a dialogue with a puppet. Write main sentences on the blackboard. Read.
Play the video. Read after it. Ask: Is Jenny happy? What do you think Jenny wants? What do you think Danny is asking for?
Look at the screen. Read and number.
Today we can buy something in our store . Four students as a group, prepare to go shopping. Then ask students to come to the front of the class to play the store game using the dialogue that is written on the screen,or students can make up their own dialogue.
