教学难点: Is Danny there? Hold on, please. This is ...speaking.这三个句子的同义句。

教学用具: 课件

Step = 1 \* ROMAN I : Warming up.

1. Greeting。

2. Sing a song. (CAI播放歌曲视频,学生跟唱)

Step Ⅱ: Presentation

1. 宣布谜语大赛:Today we will have a riddle competition. CAI出示谜语,学生展开思维竞猜,最后猜出It is a phone.一起学习 We call our friends on the phone. 学生两人一组,两行,全体读句子。

2. 师问:What do you know about “phone”? 学生发散思维想到和“phone”有关的词或词组:telephone, call, find, phone number, phone book, make a call, 让学生用所说词汇说一个句子。

接着问:If you want to make a call to your friend, What do you say? 学生一人说一句:Hello! May I speak to...? Just a moment, please. This is ...? Thanks for calling. Would you like to...?

Goodbye. See you then. 然后让学生用这些句子编对话并表演。

3. 继续猜谜:It is white, it is cold and beautiful. What is it?

一生猜出:It’s snow. 课件出示一张雪天图片,师问:What’s the weather like?What would you like to do on a snowy day? 调查一行学生:I would like to make a snowman.... 接着问另外一行学生: Would you like to...? Sure ,I’d love to.帮助其做否定回答: Sorry, I can’t go. I want to do my homework... 让学生同桌练习问答并表演。

Step Ⅲ: Learn and practice.

1. 出示Li Ming和 Jenny的图片,通过他们的谈话引出本课课题:Lesson2 Is Danny There? 然后让学生完成四个任务:

Task 1: Listen and fill in the blanks.

Task 2:Read and number. Let the students write on a piece of paper. Check the answers.然后让学生三人一组练习对话并表演。

Task 3:Listen and answer. Play the tape and check the answer.

Task 4:Read the text together and find the same sentences with these sentences: May I speak to Danny? Just a moment. This is Li Ming.

Step Ⅳ.Expanding Practice.

1. The teacher says: This weekend, you have many interesting things to do. You want to ask your friends to do with you on the phone. Make dialogues with your partners in pairs or threes.

2. Make up dialogues with someone in our class in pairs and act.
