1.Review the concept of Opinion Statement & Supportive Fact
We’ve studied Opinion and Fact in the past weeks. What’s an effective opinion statement? What is a supportive fact?
-- An effective opinion is something that the writer believes or feels , which is about the topic not the writer. Someone could disagree or debate with it.
--A fact is something that can be proven to be true. A writer supports an opinion with strong reasons by adding facts.
