T: How are you, boys and girls? You’re all fine? OK! And today we’re going to have an English lesson together! Are you happy?

Watch a cartoon.

Boys and girls, yesterday we talked about the seasons. Now let’s watch a cartoon about the seasons, OK?

(设计意图:选取的是一个不错的课外卡通,学生边欣赏,教师边讲解,唤醒孩子们对上节课内容的回忆,而且对季节有更深入的了解。)

Step2. Revision.

Talk about the seasons and fill in the form.

T: (1) How many seasons are there in a year? What are they?

(2) What’s the weather like in spring/summer/autumn/winter?
