I. Analysis of teaching material
It talks about the words of lesson 3, EEC primary English, Book 4. It mainly deals with LiLi find her bag. It’s important to students to study how to seek help, and give others help. Foster students to have the enthusiastic morality.
II. Analysis of students
The fourth grade?students?aged ten to?eleven?years old.?In the?low school?stage,?they are still?lovely. Most of the students?have a?strong interest in learning?English,?but some have the minority?students because of?difficulties,?interest in learning?will weaken.
III. Teaching Aims
1. Knowledge objects
a. Enable the Ss to remember the following new words:
whose, know, his
b. Get the Ss to be familiar with this pattern:
-- Whose bag is this?” “It’s LiLi’s bag.”
2. Ability objects
a. Ask the Ss to know how to help others.
b. Develop the Ss’ skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
c. Train the students how to talk and write with the correct way.
3. Moral objects
a. Arouse their interest in learning English;
b. Learn to observe the people and things around themselves.
IV .Teaching Method
In this lesson I’ll mainly use the communicative teaching method, the group-cooperate teaching method, the game teaching method and the task-based teaching method to cultivate students’ interests of listening, speaking, and reading, and to develop their learning interests.
V. Learning Method
Through my lesson, the Ss will improve their English skills.
They’ll use the summarizing method, the observing method, audio visual method and the exchanging method, which helps the Ss form good habit of English learning.
