【教学过程】

Step 1. Warming up

T: What day is today?

T: What subjects do we have today?

T:What can you do in music class? What do you do in PE class?

I know you run every time. And you often play football, right? Let’s see the pictures. Look, we usually run, we often play football, and sometimes we play basketball.

【设计意图】通过这一环节复习上册课本的subjects and actions，为本课的周末活动交流打下基础，唤起已知。同时通过出示学生们上体育课的照片，很轻松的引入本节课的重点单词：often, sometimes. 同时对下节课要学习的usually 做一铺垫。

Step2: Presentation.

Learn the words: often, sometimes.

T: I know everybody in our class like sports. I like sports, too. Look, I skip on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday. I often skip. I run on Wednesday and Saturday. Sometimes I run. Sometimes means some times, not often. Show a picture to explain sometimes.
