Lead-in
教师播放小区活动视频，T:What’s it about?
（设计意图：让学生通过视频整体感知社区的氛围，并能够用中文或英文说出社区/neighbourhood。认读并知道它的意思，能用英语回答教师的问题“Where do you live?”“What’s the name of your neighbourhood?”并表达“I live in______neighbourhood”.进一步了解彼此的住址。）
T：Today we’ll talk about “neighbourhood”.What can people do in the neighbourhood?学习新词汇“people”，并结合语境进行操练。
Ss:People can dance/sing/do taijiquan/skate/skip......
出示小区人们的活动图片，
T：Here are some photos in neighbourhood.There are many people.What are they doing?
Ss:They’re singing Beijing Opera/doing taijiquan/doing Kungfu.
Step2 Presentation
（一）Fast reading (4 pictures & text)and find the key information.
