Step 2 Presentation and practice
1. ask students to talk about their own pets. Show pictures of the pet dogs,
T: Do you see this pet dog before?
T: I saw this before.
Word card : pet dogs
T: do you want a pert dog like this one ? I want. How about you ?
Ss: I want it, too .
T: if it was in 2008, maybe you were just 1 year old, did you want this pet dog?
Ss: no. T: you should say I didn’t want this pet dog or I wanted this pert dog.
