T: What’s your favorite season? (用歌曲的曲调)
Ss: I like … best. / My favorite season is …
阅读理解,构建框架
Presentation:
T:Look at those pictures, guess “who & what”.(skimming reading)
Ss: Robin and the four seasons.
T: let’s see which season does Robin like best. Now open your book to P19.
Read and find “which seasons does robin like and why?” please circle out the seasons and underline the reasons. (intensive reading) 3-5mins
T: which season does robin like?
Ss: robin likes spring/summer/winter/autumn.
如果学生提到autumn 则提问“do we have the word “autumn” here?“ 然后引导学生根据图片以及上下文解决”fall“这个单词。
如果未提到则直接引导学生发现“robin likes autumn.“
T: robin likes spring, summer, autumn and winter, so we see here “Robin likes them all” . what’s the meaning of the title?
S: robin 喜欢所有的季节
T: why? (show 1st picture) why does robin like spring?
S: because there are beautiful flowers everywhere.
