Warming up:
(一)1.Greeting:T:Hello,everybody.Ss:Hi,Mrs Jiang,
T:How are you today?Ss:I’m fine,And you?
T:I’m fine,too.Thank you!
2.T:Let’s play a game. Do some actions——Review“play”“stand”stamp your feet. Clap your hands. Stand arm in arm Stand nose to nose. Stand back to back.
Writing on the board:play,stand.
(问候既给学生创设一个学习英语的语言环境,又拉近了师生间的距离;游戏中复习了这节课要用的单词,为学新知奠定基础。)
(二)Learn new
1.教师询问学生休闲时间都有哪些活动,引出课题“Free time”.
2.Listen to the tape and guess.(猜你所听到的声音是在做什么)
The pupils can say them in Chinese.
Play table tennis. play the piano. play football. roller blader. ski. ride a horse. stand on your head. swim
3.Listen again and mime the actions.
4.Open your English books.让学生对照图片又听一遍,并跟读,看能否指对所听项目图片。
5.The teacher takes out sports pictures.让学生试说相应运动项目单词(抢答形式)。学生说对就教读几遍,说错就纠错,再多教读.(注意八种图片不宜同时出现,分成两组分散难点。eg:play football. play the piano. play table tennis为一组,其余为另一组边做动作边教读,还可以引导学生猜读单词发音.如:ride ski)
(这部分的设计目的在于让学生通过几次不同要求的听来理解、认知休闲运动项目,学习过程是在轻松的听、说、做动作中完成的,充分体现学生自主学习意识。)
