1、show a picture of Huadeng Square, make rules for it in group
2、Talk with group members ,write the rules on a paper
3、Goup report,each member say one rule,group leaders read the other rules.Use this sentence to say：we can’t__________
4、Assess every group reporting, are the rule suitable.
