Step1. Warming-up

Enjoy a song: 《Hi!》

Greetings.

That boy in the song is fine, now how are you, boys and girls?

过渡：Boys and girls, do you like the song we have sung? I think you not only like English songs, but also like English cartoons, right?

Step2. Cartoon time

Look at the picture and try to talk about it.

T: Who’s he? S: He’s Sam.(贴图Sam)

T: He’s our old friend. And he’s calling somebody. Who is Sam speaking to?

Let’s listen and try to answer:

Who is Sam speaking to? (贴图Bobby)

Think and answer:

Q1: Why does Sam think it’s Tina?

Q2: How does Bobby do? (Students act and say.)

Watch and answer:

Q1: Where’s Bobby?

Q2: What day is it today?

Q3: Do they have any lessons on Sunday?

Try to repeat.

Act it out.(指导朗读板书：Is … there? This is …)

过渡：Bobby plays a joke on Sam. It’s funny. Do you like them? Next, we will meet two new friends, they are also making a telephone call. What happened? Are they happy too? Let’s look.

Step3. Rhyme time

Look and say:
