Step1 warming-up

T:Good morning,boys and girls. S: Good morning, Miss Hu.

T:I’m your new English teacher.Now I’m very happy to be here. I hope we can be friends after this class. Are you happy?

S:Yes.

T:Oh,I see you are happy.But a little nervous.Relax.Let’s enjoy the lesson together.

1. First: Enjoy the song 《Happy New Year》

2. Next: Present the pattern:What festival is it?

小组讨论Let’s talk. What do you want to know more about Christmas? (你想了解圣诞节的哪些呢？) Mind map(思维导图) (2)出示日历： 教授Before Christmas Christmas Eve Christmas Day （设计意图：让学生提前感知first /next/ then/finally为下面的教学环节做铺垫。并借助了思维导图，同时让学生小组讨论圣诞节，让学生再次理解如何表达圣诞节的活动顺序。）
