五、教学过程:
Step 1 Pre-reading
Enjoy a song.
(设计意图:音乐、图画加上老师的语言描述,促使学生多种感官兴奋,音乐的旋律丰富了视觉的感受,老师的语言又丰富了学生的想象所在,从而把学生带入圣诞快乐的氛围中。)
T: What’s the song about?
S:Christmas.
二、Review the text.
1、T: Do you remember Mike and his family’s Christmas?Can you be Mike?Introduce your Christmas.
(设计意图:教师关注情境与知识的链接点,有利于儿童掌握知识的内在联系,进而积极调动了学生主动进行新知构建的积极性。)

Step 2 While-reading
一、Fun time
1、T: Today is the fourteenth of December. Christmas is coming. I take a present for you. Look.A Christmas card. Do you want to know the messages?Let me read.
老师深情地读贺卡:Dear classmates. I’m glad to be your teacher.Thank you for listening carefully in my class. Study hard,and make alittle progress every day. I love you.
2、(教师示范做贺卡,相机板书在黑板下方)Do you like it? Do you want to make it? How to make it? Let me show you. First fold the card, next draw a picture,draw on the front or inside of the picture. then write your message ,this is the important step.you can write to your parents,your relatives or your friends. Write down what you want to say to them .finally write your name.
3、学生做贺卡:Take your paper then make your card..
T:Hand-made cards are very precious, pictures and words can make people feel your warm heart.
4、学生展示并贴板书Share your card. What a nice card.Can you read the message? Can you put the words in the correct place?
5、学生互送贺卡Now you can send cards to each other. If he is not here,you can send it after class.

二、Cartoon time
1、T:We are so happy today,is everyone happy at Christmas?
Look at the picture.How do they feel?
S:Sam ,Bobby and his friends are happy.but Mr Turkey is sad. Most of the animals are happy,but Mr Turkey isn’t.
